If you have been always wondering, how to recognise which notes your fragrance contains, this post is what you are looking for.
First, check your own perfume collection and test what you already have. What can you say about your fragrance? It is fresh, or maybe sweet and fruity, or floral. Then, check the fragrance pyramid and smell your scent again.
It’s ok if you can’t identify the notes at the beginnig. It takes time and requires lots of approaches. Choose something simple. For example, coffee or chocolate.
Another way, is to smell some raw materials and/or high concentated oils, for instance. Rose, Lavender, Mint, Bergamot, etc.
More you try different raw materials, oils, check the pyramide of your perfumes, easier it is will be to understand what was added into your favorite fragrance.
